Pre-Order Guidelines

WHAT ARE PRE-ORDERS?

If you choose the preorder option, units can take up to 7-14 business days to be completely finished, with a notification to you on when to pickup.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?

Once your payment has processed over, I will reach out to my vendor on placing the order to get your wig in route to ship. This can take up to 5-7 business days. Once items have shipped, WigsByDess will work quickly but professionally to get your unit fully complete. (just like the picture)

When Will I be Notified?

You will be notified throughout the entire process, from when your order was placed, when it was shipped, when it arrives, and when I fully complete.

Refund Policy on Preorders

Once you place your order on WigsByDess for preorders, pickup, or shipping ALL SALES ARE FINAL. You assume the responsibility of your purchase.
